For the CSTEM showcase, my partner, Olivia, and I created a Choose Your Own Adventure program on Scratch.  The theme of it was Dauntless Initiation, because me and Olivia had both read and loved the Divergent series.  The hardest part of the project was all the if statements, and the most annoying was all the lagging from the computers.  One thing I need to start doing better with programming is figuring out a way for code to run without using so much code, so I don't have to copy and paste code over and over.  Here is the link to our project:

This project was not for a CSTEM assignment, but getting back into Javascript programming made me want to create a calculator.  During the summer I had learned about functions and variables from Khan Academy, and I put that knowledge to use to create a calculator where you could set variables to the numbers you wanted to calculate.  I want to learn how to take numbers that someone types in and then calculate them, rather than having the user actually changing the code.  Here is the link to my project:
